Seder Potluck Dinner
You are invited to a special evening at Covenant on Maundy Thursday, April 18th at 6:00pm for a Seder Dinner. The Seder is a special and symbolic dinner that our Jewish cousins commemorate every year to remember the Passover and how God led the Israelites out of bondage in Egypt.
The gospels portray Jesus celebrating the Passover dinner with his disciples the night before his crucifixion.
This family friendly meal will consist of a brief program that goes through the symbolic foods of the Seder, then we will conclude with a potluck dinner thereafter. You are invited to consider bringing a kosher dish (though not required), and ask that we avoid any shellfish or pork. You can sign up at the Connection Center beginning March 17!
